Introduction and Business Model Overview
BlueRitt is an AI and Social-Media powered eCommerce platform designed for individuals, businesses, and enterprise organisations. BlueRitt offers its services through Subscription Plans (whether recurring or prepaid) for Personal and Business use, and Enterprise Plans designed for organisational and enterprise customers. BlueRitt offers solutions such as (but not limited to):
- Product Sourcing & Profit Optimisation: Streamlining product sourcing while providing profit maximisation strategies.
- Competition Analysis & Listing Optimisation: Offering competitor analysis and optimising keywords, product listings, and PPC campaigns.
- Profit Margin Optimisation: Delivering tools for smarter pricing through detailed profit margin analysis.
- Social Trend Analysis & Product Discovery: Identifying high-potential products by analysing social trends.
- AI-Driven Insights for Growth: Leveraging AI-powered insights to enhance eCommerce growth.
- Operational Efficiency Tools: Equipping businesses with essential third-party tools and services to boost operational efficiency.
- Enterprise Reporting & Data Intelligence: Providing enterprise customers with advanced reports, data analysis, performance insights, market intelligence, and AI-driven recommendations to support informed business decision-making.
- Enterprise Solutions & Operational Optimisation: Providing enterprise customers with tailored solutions, customised platform capabilities, scalable analytics, workflow optimisation, and enhanced operational efficiencies based on agreed business requirements.
Key Service Limitations
- No Direct Transactions: BlueRitt provides data insights only and does not facilitate purchases or transactions on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Alibaba or any other platforms.
- BlueRitt provides services through Subscription Plans (whether recurring or prepaid) for Personal and Business use and Enterprise Plans for organisational and enterprise customers, including enterprise-specific service arrangements where applicable.
- No Financial Services: BlueRitt is not a broker, lender or financial services provider.
User Eligibility and Account Management
Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- Services are accessible globally, but all legal matters are governed by UK law.
Account Management
- Users must provide accurate registration details.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Account Sharing: One login per user is allowed; sharing accounts or using a single account for multiple users is prohibited.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Engage in data scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized content searches.
- Misuse the platform by breaching ethical standards or technical misuse.
Services Provided and Limitations
BlueRitt provides tools and services for:
- AI-Led Reverse Product Sourcing & Discovery: Identifying product opportunities through AI-powered reverse sourcing, product searching, market intelligence, and data-driven discovery processes.
- Trend Tracking & Market Intelligence: Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, social insights, and emerging opportunities through AI-powered intelligence and analytical data.
- Profit Analysis & Optimisation: Providing profit calculation tools, margin analysis, pricing insights, and data-driven recommendations to support informed commercial decision-making.
- AI-Driven Data Intelligence, Reports & Analytics: Delivering advanced data analysis, customised reports, performance insights, analytical intelligence, and AI-generated recommendations to support informed business decision-making, strategic planning, and business growth.
- Operational Efficiency & Enterprise Solutions: Providing businesses and enterprise customers with customised reporting, advanced analytics, data intelligence, tailored platform capabilities, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency solutions based on applicable service arrangements and business requirements.
- eCommerce Training and Consultancy Services: Providing additional training and consultancy services where applicable under Subscription Plans (whether recurring or prepaid) and Enterprise Plans.
Service Restrictions
- Data Only: BlueRitt provides data, analytical insights, reports, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs for informational and business support purposes only and does not guarantee commercial success, profitability, specific business outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party data sources.
- No Transaction Facilitation: Users cannot complete purchases, sales, supplier agreements, or financial transactions directly through BlueRitt. The platform is not designed for direct transactions.
- Third-Party Reliance: Certain data, insights, analytics, and information may rely on third-party services, platforms, APIs, or external data sources. BlueRitt does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access to such third-party information.
- Service Development: BlueRitt may introduce additional products, services, features, enterprise capabilities, technologies, and functionalities in the future to enhance its service offerings and user experience.
Payment, Subscription, and Refund Policies
- Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment service providers.
- Access to BlueRitt services is offered through Subscription Plans (whether recurring or prepaid) for Personal and Business use and Enterprise Plans for organisational and enterprise customers, subject to the applicable service arrangements and commercial terms.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription via their account dashboard at any time.
- No Sensitive Payment Data Storage: By default, BlueRitt does not store credit card data, unless specified.
Refund Policy
- BlueRitt does not provide a standard refund policy for Subscription Plans or Enterprise Plans.
- Customers may cancel their Subscription Plans in accordance with the applicable cancellation process. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges where applicable but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
- Enterprise Plan customers shall be subject to the applicable enterprise agreement, commercial arrangements, or mutually agreed contractual terms regarding service duration, billing, cancellation, and any related commercial matters.
- In exceptional circumstances only, customers may submit a refund request by emailing support@blueritt.com with the email subject line "Refund Needed" and providing the reasons and relevant details of the refund request.
- All refund requests will be reviewed by ReverCe Technologies Ltd on a case-by-case basis. Approval or rejection of any refund request shall remain at the sole discretion of ReverCe Technologies Ltd.
- ReverCe Technologies Ltd will communicate the outcome of the refund assessment directly to the customer.
Data Collection, Usage, and Privacy (UK GDPR Compliant)
BlueRitt collects and processes data in compliance with UK GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and ICO guidelines.
Data Collected
- Browser Extension Activity: Product searches and saved results.
- User Inputs: Data entered into search and analysis tools.
- Subscription Information: Account data necessary for billing and access.
Purpose of Collection
- To provide core services under the subscription model.
- To improve platform performance and user experience.
Third-Party Integrations
- BlueRitt uses third-party services and APIs, including but not limited to, PCI transfers for data sourcing, analytics, product search, social media trend monitoring, AI functionalities, and payment handling. Such integrations may also support enterprise-level reporting, advanced analytics, data processing, business intelligence, and customised operational requirements where applicable.
- While these services enable various platform functions, BlueRitt is not limited to these specific APIs and may integrate additional third-party services as needed to enhance functionality.
- Third-party platforms are independently responsible for their UK GDPR compliance.
Lawful Basis for Processing
