BlueRitt is an AI-powered eCommerce platform designed for business platforms and individuals. It offers tools for:

Product Sourcing & Profit Optimisation: Streamlining product sourcing while providing profit maximisation strategies.
Competition Analysis & Listing Optimisation: Offering competitor analysis and optimising keywords, product listings, and PPC campaigns.
Profit Margin Optimisation: Delivering tools for smarter pricing through detailed profit margin analysis.
Social Trend Analysis & Product Discovery: Identifying high-potential products by analysing social trends.
AI-Driven Insights for Growth: Leveraging AI-powered insights to enhance eCommerce growth.
Operational Efficiency Tools: Equipping businesses with essential third party tools and services to boost operational efficiency.

Key Service Limitations:

No Direct Transactions: BlueRitt provides data insights only and does not facilitate purchases or transactions on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Alibaba or any other platforms.
Subscription-Based: BlueRitt offers services under a subscription model, with additional eCommerce training and consultancy
No Financial Services: BlueRitt is not a broker, lender, or financial services provider.

User Eligibility and Account Management

Eligibility:

Users must be 18 years or older.
Services are accessible globally, but all legal matters are governed by UK law.

Account Management:

Users must provide accurate registration details.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Account Sharing: One login per user is allowed; sharing accounts or using a single account for multiple users is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Termination:

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

Violate these Terms and Conditions.
Engage in data scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized content searches.
Misuse the platform by breaching ethical standards or technical misuse.

Services Provided and Limitations

BlueRitt provides tools for:

Seamless Product Sourcing and Profit Optimization Flow.
Analyze Competition, Optimize Keywords, Listings, and PPC.
Optimize Profit Margins for Smarter Pricing.
Analyze Social Trends and Identify Top Products.
Unlock AI Insights to Drive eCommerce Growth.
Enhance Efficiency with Essential Tools and Services.
BlueRitt can also provide Ecommerce Training and Consultancy Services in addition to subscription model.

Service Restrictions:

Data Only: BlueRitt provides data insights only.
BlueRitt Suite of Tools: BlueRitt offers services through its tools, namely, BlueRitt Explorer, BlueRitt AnalyticsPro, BlueRitt MarginMax, BlueRitt SocialPulse, BlueRitt AI Companion, and BlueRitt ToolFusion. BlueRitt may also introduce additional products and features to enhance its service offerings in the future.
No Transaction Facilitation: Users cannot complete purchases through BlueRitt.
Third-Party Reliance: Data accuracy depends on third-party services (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba and platforms).
Separate Tools: BlueRitt offers services through Explorer, AnalyticsPro, SourceLink, MarginMax, SocialPulse, and AI Companion.
BlueRitt may introduce additional tools and features in the future to enhance our services and user experience.

Payment, Subscription, and Refund Policies

Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by PCI DSS-compliant.
Subscription Model: Access is offered only through a subscription
Refund Policy:
- Prorated refunds are available for unused portions of a subscription, subject to the terms and conditions of the payment service providers.
- Refunds must be requested through the account dashboard and are subject to subject to the terms and conditions of payment service providers.
Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription via their account dashboard at any time.
No Sensitive Payment Data Storage: By default, BlueRitt does not store credit card data.

BlueRitt collects and processes data in compliance with UK GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and ICO guidelines.

Browser Extension Activity: Product searches and saved results.
User Inputs: Data entered into search and analysis tools.
Subscription Information: Account data necessary for billing and access.

Purpose of Collection:

To provide core services under the subscription model.
To improve platform performance and user experience.

Third-Party Integrations:

BlueRitt uses third-party services and APIs, including but not limited to, PCI transfers for data sourcing, analytics, product search, social media trend monitoring, AI functionalities, and payment handling.
While these services enable various platform functions, BlueRitt is not limited to these specific APIs and may integrate additional third-party services as needed to enhance functionality.
Third-party platforms are independently responsible for their UK GDPR compliance.

Lawful Basis for Processing:

Contractual Necessity: Required to deliver subscription services.
Legitimate Interest: For platform improvement and service optimization.

- Unauthorized use of our brand assets, logos, and content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the user.
No Financial Advice: BlueRitt provides data insights only and users must seek independent financial advice.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee financial success, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service availability.

Security and Breach Notification

Security Measures: BlueRitt uses SSL encryption and relies on PCI-compliant services for payment security.
Data Breach Notification: In case of a data breach, BlueRitt will notify affected users and the ICO within 72 hours, per UK GDPR guidelines.

Third-Party Services and External Integrations

BlueRitt integrates with third-party services, but, does not establish direct connectivity with the service providers but relies on these APIs to access necessary data and enhance platform functionality.

However, BlueRitt reserves the right to opt for alternative third-party service providers in the future.

BlueRitt is not responsible for:
- Service failures or disruptions on third-party platforms.
- Data inaccuracies from third-party sources.
